We have had an extraordinary 20 months and we are now slowly emerging.

You dont have to have had any experience of yoga before .I have had many beginners join this week.
I have been going to in sabina for the last 10 years and each time it has been magical.
 
We will practise twice daily eat 3 meals a day. Swim in the pool. walk around the area including a walk to a local waterfall which is a natural spa .
 
The feeling of the strong water pounding on your head and shoulders is fabulous. 
 
Friday night we will eat out locally and Friday morning visit the markets.
